Yes. In Settings → Billing, switch to any lower tier and the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You keep your current tier benefits until then.

Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation is immediate for the renewal and you retain access through the end of the paid period. SM3 monthly has a 12-month commitment: if you cancel after the 3-day Boot Camp and before the 12 months end, the remaining monthly payments are still charged, your access runs to the end date, and nothing is charged after it.
