No-Refund & Cancellation Policy

The refund policy is final unless required by governing law: NO REFUNDS (all sales final).

This policy explains how billing works, how to stop a subscription before it renews, and how we handle disputes. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. If anything here is unclear, email support@forexscalper.io before you raise a dispute — we read every message.

Why no refunds?

Trading isn’t get-rich-quick. Trading involves risk; you can lose money. Good traders learn to lose calmly and with a plan, not recklessly.

So here is the rule we trade by: treat any money you put into the markets as spent until you’ve learned to trade it well. We ask you to treat your subscription the same way.

That is why all sales are final. It’s your first lesson in trading without emotion. We can’t promise you will make money — trading has real risk and most people lose money.

1. The $3 Ignite Challenge — how the trial works

The $3 Ignite Challenge is a 3-day paid trial, not a free trial. The $3 charge unlocks the plan you pick for three days. Because it is a paid evaluation product, the $3 itself is non-refundable — the entire purpose of the $3 is to give you a real, in-platform look at the signals, AI coach, and community before the standard subscription begins.

At 11:59 PM UTC on day 3, the same payment method is automatically enrolled in the tier you selected at challenge entry — MMM Dash $97/mo, FSB $197/mo, SM3 $297/mo, or SM3 Annual $2,997/year and continues to renew on that plan's billing interval until you cancel. The renewal price, billing interval, and cancellation method are also shown on the checkout page before you confirm payment, and again in the welcome email. SM3 monthly has a 12-month commitment — see section 4a.

2. Cancelling before the renewal charge (stops the renewal)

You can cancel the Ignite trial any time during the 3-day window and you will not be charged the monthly renewal. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing; you keep dashboard access through the end of the paid 3 days.

We send a reminder email 24 hours before the trial ends so you always have time to decide. Cancellation requests received before the renewal timestamp are honoured automatically — no questions, no retention call, no friction.

3. All sales are final

NO REFUNDS (all sales final). This applies to every purchase: the $3 Ignite Challenge, every monthly, weekly and yearly subscription charge (including SM3 monthly commitment payments), day and week passes, one-time bundles and add-ons, challenges, coaching, and digital products. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund charges already made. You keep access through the end of the period you paid for. Upgrading to SM3: if you move up to SM3 from an MMM or FSB monthly plan or from a yearly plan, the unused days of the time you already paid for become a credit on your SM3 bill. If the credit is bigger than a payment, the rest comes off your next SM3 payments until it is used up. That credit can only be used toward SM3 payments. It is not cash and not a refund, so all sales stay final.

4. How to cancel any subscription

Cancellation is always self-serve and takes under 30 seconds:

  1. Log in to Surging Markets.
  2. Open /application/user/profile.
  3. Scroll to Subscription and click Cancel renewal.
  4. You will receive an immediate confirmation email. Keep it for your records.

If you cannot access your account, email support@forexscalper.io from any address you can verify and we will cancel manually within one business day.

4a. SM3 monthly — 12-month commitment

SM3 monthly is $297/month for 12 months ($3,564 in total), then month-to-month until you cancel. The 12 months start with the first $297 payment (the end of the 3-day Ignite Challenge, or the day of purchase when bought directly). Or pay $2,997 for the year upfront and save $567.

  • Cancel during the 3-day Ignite Challenge (before the first $297 payment): everything stops and nothing more is charged.
  • Cancel during the 12 months: the cancellation is scheduled for the end of the 12 months. Your remaining monthly payments are still charged on their normal dates, your access continues until the end date, and nothing is charged after it. Your account page and a confirmation email show the exact dates.
  • Cancel after the 12 months: as for any monthly plan — it stops future charges.

The commitment is shown at checkout next to its own tick-box, with the dates and the total, and emailed to you after purchase; we keep a record of what you agreed to. It applies only to SM3 monthly plans bought at a checkout that showed that tick-box. NO REFUNDS (all sales final) applies to every commitment payment.

5. Payments & payment-method support

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and charged by Innovative Surges LLC. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and most regional debit networks. Surging Markets does not see or store your full card number; we only see the brand, last four digits, and country of issue.

If a billing error is corrected (see section 6) or a refund is required by governing law, the money returns to the original payment method only.

6. Billing errors

  • Duplicate charges caused by a Stripe or platform error are corrected on request.
  • Unauthorised use of your card by another person — contact us and your bank; the account is locked while it is verified.

7. Chargebacks & disputes

Please email support@forexscalper.io before opening a dispute — most billing questions are resolved the same day. If a chargeback is filed for a purchase that was delivered as described, we reserve the right to:

  • Submit the full dispute evidence package to the card network, including login timestamps, IP, signal-view logs, and the signed Terms acceptance record.
  • Suspend the associated account while the dispute is open.

8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer right you have under the laws of your country of residence — including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the Australian Consumer Law, and the US FTC Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA). Where governing law requires a refund, that law applies.
