This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains exactly when you can get your money back, how to stop a subscription before it renews, and how we handle disputes. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. If anything here is unclear, email billing@surgingmarkets.com before you raise a dispute — we read every message.
The $3 Ignite Challenge is a 7-day paid trial, not a free trial. The $3 charge unlocks the full Surging Markets Pro experience for seven days. Because it is a paid evaluation product, the $3 itself is non-refundable — the entire purpose of the $3 is to give you a real, in-platform look at the signals, AI coach, and community before the standard subscription begins.
At 11:59 PM UTC on day 7, the same payment method is automatically enrolled in Surging Markets Pro at $99 per month and continues to renew monthly until you cancel. The renewal price, billing interval, and cancellation method are also shown on the checkout page before you confirm payment, and again in the welcome email.
You can cancel the Ignite trial any time during the 7-day window and you will not be charged the $99. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing; you keep Pro access through the end of the paid 7 days.
We send a reminder email 48 hours before the trial ends so you always have time to decide. Cancellation requests received before the renewal timestamp are honoured automatically — no questions, no retention call, no friction.
If the $99 charge goes through and you decide Pro is not for you, you have 7 calendar days from the charge date to request a full refund — no questions asked, no usage cap. Email billing@surgingmarkets.com with the subject line "Refund — Pro" and the email address on the account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After the 7-day window, the monthly charge is non-refundable, but you can still cancel at any time to stop the next renewal. You keep Pro access through the end of the paid month.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Stripe accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and most regional debit networks. Surging Markets does not see or store your full card number; we only see the brand, last four digits, and country of issue.
Refunds always return to the original payment method — we cannot redirect a refund to a different card, bank, or PayPal/crypto account. If the original card has been closed or replaced, Stripe will route the refund through the issuing bank, which usually credits the replacement card automatically within 10 business days. If your bank does not credit the refund, contact them directly with the Stripe refund ID we provide.
We almost always say yes to a polite refund request inside the window above. Filing a chargeback with your bank instead of asking us first triggers Stripe's dispute process and locks the account while it runs.
Please email billing@surgingmarkets.com before opening a dispute. In almost every case we can resolve it the same day with a refund or credit. If a chargeback is filed without contacting us first and is then determined to be invalid (for example, the buyer used the service through the refund window and disputes anyway), we reserve the right to:
None of this applies if you simply ask us first — the support team is empowered to refund any in-window request without escalation.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer right you have under the laws of your country of residence — including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the Australian Consumer Law, and the US FTC Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA). Where local law grants a longer refund window than the one above, the longer window applies.
